Welcome to mrbosphorus.com. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website and the services provided by Mr. Bosphorus. By accessing our site or making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Mr. Bosphorus provides premium Bosphorus dinner cruises, private yacht charters, and related tourism services in Istanbul. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered official only after a written confirmation is sent by Mr. Bosphorus via email or WhatsApp, or after the required payment/deposit is processed.

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Mr. Bosphorus reserves the right to adjust pricing due to seasonal changes or special events.

  • Accuracy of Information: Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information and pickup details (e.g., hotel name and room number).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

  • Partial Refund/No Refund: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the specific package and third-party costs.

  • No-Show: If a guest is not present at the designated pickup time or location without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a "No-Show," and no refund will be issued.

4. Pickup and Transportation

  • Complimentary pickup services are provided for central Istanbul hotels (Sultanahmet, Sirkeci, Taksim, etc.).

  • Guests must be ready at the designated hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Mr. Bosphorus is not responsible for delays caused by guests or extraordinary traffic conditions in Istanbul.

5. Changes by Mr. Bosphorus

Safety is our top priority. Mr. Bosphorus reserves the right to:

  • Modify the cruise route due to weather conditions or maritime traffic.

  • Change the vessel to an equivalent or superior category if necessary.

  • Cancel an event in case of extreme weather or mechanical failure, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

6. Guest Conduct and Safety

  • All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.

  • Mr. Bosphorus reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior is disruptive or poses a safety risk to others.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Mr. Bosphorus and its affiliates shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss of property, or indirect damages occurring during the tour, unless caused by gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on mrbosphorus.com, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Mr. Bosphorus and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Istanbul.
