Welcome to mrbosphorus.com. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By making a reservation with Mr. Bosphorus, you (the "Guest") accept these terms in full.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Direct Oversight: Every reservation is personally reviewed by Mr. Bosphorus. A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once you receive a formal confirmation message or voucher via WhatsApp or email.

  • Information Accuracy: The Guest is responsible for providing correct details, including the number of people, hotel name for pickup, and contact information.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Rates: All prices are indicated in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) and are subject to change based on seasonal demand or special holiday events (e.g., New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day).

  • Inclusions: Prices include the services specifically mentioned in your "Reservation Summary." Any extra services (private requests, premium drinks not in the package) will be charged separately.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

I understand that travel plans can change. My policy is designed to be fair to both my guests and my operational team:

  • 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time will receive a 100% refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable, as the table and meal preparations have already been finalized.

  • No-Show: If the Guest is not present at the designated pickup time/location, it will be considered a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided.

4. Pickup and Transportation Service

  • Complimentary Zone: Free pickup and drop-off are provided for central hotels (e.g., Sultanahmet, Sirkeci, Taksim, Beşiktaş).

  • Punctuality: Due to Istanbul’s traffic conditions, we provide a 15-minute window for pickups. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. If you miss the transfer, you may join the cruise by reaching the pier at your own expense.

5. Onboard Conduct and Safety

  • Captain’s Authority: For the safety of all guests, the Captain has the final authority on board. Guests must follow all safety instructions.

  • Outside Items: For hygiene and quality standards, bringing outside food or beverages is not permitted.

  • Behavior: Mr. Bosphorus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive or intoxicated behavior that may affect the experience of other guests.

6. Modifications by Mr. Bosphorus

  • Weather Conditions: In case of extreme weather or official warnings from the coast guard, I may need to reschedule the cruise or change the route for your safety. In the rare event of a cancellation by our side, a full refund will be issued.

  • Vessel Substitution: I reserve the right to upgrade or change the vessel to an equivalent or higher-standard boat if necessary.

7. Liability

  • Mr. Bosphorus acts as a host and coordinator. While we take every measure to ensure your safety, we are not responsible for personal accidents, loss of personal belongings, or delays caused by traffic or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
