Wasted my night!! Did not get picked up from the hotel and driver did not even contact me. After 50 minutes of waiting I sent a message to the company and was told "bus got stuck in traffic .... May I ask you to come directly to cruise". Asked them where to go but didn't get any reply and after 8 minutes I had to ask for location again and by then there's only 15 minutes left for the cruise which will make it impossible to get there by taxi! Was then to come tomorrow for 30% discount!! This ruined and wasted my evening and half to find a place to have dinner instead. At least they could have communicated with me instead of me waiting in vain.

We had a very rude pickup driver, he just opened the van door, with no greeting or checking our names. The guide we met once off the bus wasn't happy at having slower moving guests, then was rude and abrupt when asked which boat to get on. No one helped getting onto the boat, there was a wide gap and step down, and no greeting once inside. The women's toilet was filthy, with no toilet paper. I asked 3 times for someone to clean it, even showed photos of the mess, then ended up using the mens. Food was very average and not hot, bread was stale after sitting out for ages, the vegetarian dish was just canned spaghetti and uncooked chick peas. The bartender was just rinsing then reusing glassware. The music was ear piercing, forcing us to go outside. All in all it was a very disappointing experience and when I tried to talk to anyone about it I was ignored.
